What does the partnership cost the university?
Nothing. There is no licence fee and no minimum purchase. You simply pass the code on to your students; billing runs directly between the students and Study IT.
How big is the discount for students?
With the code, students save up to 30% on every 1:1 hour, applied to the regular hourly price and with no minimum term.
Is there a minimum term or a subscription?
No. There is no contract and no subscription. Students book individual hours as needed, and the discount still applies to every booking.
How many vouchers does the code contain?
We agree on that together. Per partnership we set a fixed contingent that fits the size of your department and can be topped up if needed.
How do we pass the code on to students?
Through your usual channels: learning platform, mailing list, student council or notice board. We supply ready-made text snippets so distribution takes little effort.
Is student data shared back with the university?
No. Study IT processes students' booking data in a GDPR-compliant way and does not return any personal data to the university.
