What your first call looks like
// 15 min: bring your code, your question public class FirstChat { public static void main(String[] args) { System.out.println("Hi, I am Dennis. Show me what is stuck."); } }
What actually happens in those 15 minutes.
No sales pitch, no onboarding theatre. Here is what happens in which minute, so you do not click into a black box.
- 00:00 ~2 min
Hello and connection check
- Your tutor welcomes you in the browser classroom
- Quick mic and screen-share test
- You do not need to prepare anything
- 00:02 ~3 min
Where do you stand right now?
- Which university, school, or apprenticeship?
- Which Java topic is on your mind?
- When is the exam, deadline, or submission?
- 00:05 ~6 min
We work through one task together
- You share your screen, worksheet, or code
- We solve part of it live
- You see how a real session feels
- 00:11 ~3 min
Suggestion: what we would do
- Concrete plan: one, two, or more sessions?
- Which topics, in which order?
- Estimated effort until your exam
- 00:14 ~1 min
You decide. In your own time.
- Booking via link later, not in the call
- Saying no is fine. You will not hear from us again
- If yes: we suggest the first slot right away
Realistic Not every first chat runs exactly like this. Sometimes we stay 5 minutes on your code, sometimes we talk 10 minutes about your situation. That is fine. The point is to find out whether we fit.
There is none.
You talk to us, you see whether it fits, and then you decide. If not, also fine. You take no risk.
- No payment data
We do not ask for a credit card or IBAN. Payment only enters the picture once you actually book a session.
- No sales call
We honestly check whether we can help. If we cannot, we say so. That is part of the conversation.
- No subscription, no forced newsletter
One confirmation email with your slot and the classroom link. That is it.
- No recording
Default: off. The session is only recorded if you explicitly opt in, for example to rewatch it later.
Two people. Picked carefully.
At launch we are starting small and handpicked: two tutors with at least 5 years of industry experience. We grow slowly on purpose. Two good ones beat ten average.

Enough to get a clear picture. You can hang up any time.
