    The confirmation carries your room link. The room code is your booking ID, nothing else.

    The link opens the lobby in your browser. Enter your name, check your devices, join. No download, no login.

    After the session, board exports, notes and files sit under Manage booking or in your Study IT account.

Nothing is recorded by default. If your tutor starts a recording, every person in the room explicitly agrees first.
03 Only what you share
You decide whether camera and screen are on. You share files actively, nothing is uploaded on its own.

Common questions about the classroom

Do I need an account?
No. The link from your booking email opens the room directly in the browser. A Study IT account is optional: there you see your booked sessions and materials again.
Which browsers and devices work?
Current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari on a laptop or desktop. Phone and tablet work too, though whiteboard and document are more comfortable on a larger screen.
My camera does not work, what now?
You can join without a camera, your tutor then sees your name on a colored tile. In the lobby you check mic, camera and speaker beforehand and pick the right device.
Is the session recorded?
Not by default. A recording only starts once every person in the room has agreed. If there is one, you find the transcript and summary with your materials afterwards.
Can I show my own code?
Yes, via screen sharing. Your code stays in your development environment, your tutor reads along and sketches on the whiteboard. There is deliberately no built-in code editor.
Does the classroom cost extra?
No. It is part of every session, including the free first chat.
For parents: what does my child see?
A room with video, whiteboard, shared document and chat, nothing else: no ads, no third-party providers, no public rooms. Access only with the link from the booking. Afterwards you find the session's materials under Manage booking.
